Delivery and transport costs

Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery will be carried out from our depot to the address indicated by the customer. The dispatch of the order will be via the postal route using a transport service, eg. DPD, UPS, DHL, in accordance with their conditions at that time. The choice of carrier lies within the discretion of Fantashion Historical Fantasywear. Generally speaking, the order will be dispatched within 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Overview of transport costs: (within Germany)
Weight von 1 kg - 5 kg = aprox. 7 EUR delivery costs
Weight von 6 kg - 10 kg = aprox. 10 EUR delivery costs
Weight von 11 kg - 20 kg = aprox. 14 EUR delivery costs
Weight von 21 kg - 30 kg = aprox. 20 EUR delivery costs


There are no minimum quantities per order, however, minimum amount of total order not less than 50 EUR.


Defective Products
Obvious defects in received goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery to:

All defects must be specified in writing. No liabilty for defects will be accepted when the above-mentioned conditions in time and form are not met.
